The Pokemon Upgrade Item - A Special Evolution Item That Helps Trainers Evolve Certain Pokemon Into More Powerful Forms

The upgrade item is a unique item that helps trainers develop certain Pokemon into stronger forms. It is made by a company known as Silph Co.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets, gathering tools and weapons to provide an attribute benefit or additional effect while the equipment is in use.
